An uplifting dancing experience in Tuscany with live music
From the first beat of the drum, dance has been a way to expand our consciousness and connect with the invisible worlds: States of Trance.
Trance is a state in which all of our senses are available and online in the present moment. Being in that state, we can have insights that cannot be grasped by the mind. This gives new possibilities and opportunities about our day to day life.
Both 5Rhythms and TranceDance are designed to leave the dancer behind and to become the dance, be danced, letting go of control and enjoy life.
Besides Dancing there will also be time for healing rituals, sharings, drumming together, walks in nature and sitting around the fireplace.
Rishi & Willemijn offer guided sessions in 5Rhythms, Trance Dance and Systemic Ritual. Many sessions will be with live music, which adds a personal experience to our dancing journey since it happens right here, right now.
Beats of Ascencion was born in summer 2021 during a dance festival, when Willemijn and Rishi met for the first time and decided to co-create a workshop.
Ascencion day is a special time of year, when all energies rise up so we’re delighted to dance in this special weekend.
The place:
We’ll stay at an amazing place in Tuscany near Pisa.
4 Day’s in a beautifully renovated farmhouse, surrounded by meadows full of olive trees, hills and valleys. Dancing, deeply connected to the elements, when every day new flowers pop up and the afternoon sun invites for a walk or a little sunbath.
It’s usually the best time of the year to be there.
We eat best Italian organic vegetarian food, prepared with love and care by our friendly and caring hosts. Tea, coffee and fresh filtered water is availble all day
The team:
Willemijn de Dreu is a certified 5Rhythms teacher since 1997. In a light way she takes people on a deep journey where healing can happen.
She is also an OpenFloor teacher, Systemic Ritual practitioner and a Trauma therapist (1:1 sessions are available on the spot.)
Rishi Vlote is a well experienced musician and TranceDance and DrumCircle facilitator and creates haunting musical spaces, which carry the dancers and let them forget space and time. His CD's like „Forget Your Limitations“ is widely used by DJ's, TranceDance- and 5Rhythm-facilitators.

€ 245,- Early bird, before april 8th. After € 285,-
Price full board a day in a triple room: € 59,- a day = € 177,- total. In a double room € 69,- a day = € 207,-
