Being alive is being connected. From the moment we are born, we arrive into a web of different relations: with self, with others and with the bigger tribe. Along the path, for different reasons, we disconnect. And then we hold our breath, we close our loving heart, our mind is filled with worries.

Dancing the 5rhythms is a simple and joyful way to reconnect. It is a pathway to arrive in the body, to soften the heart and to empty the mind. On the dancefloor, we often tap into a bigger source. A field of love, of openness. The space becomes an entity in itself and we experience an inter-connectedness with life. From there, as we weave dance and systemic rituals, we awaken the threads of connection with our ancestors. We receive their gifts as support for our journey in this life time and heal some of our and maybe their struggles. 

This weekend will give you a deeper understanding of where you are at the moment, how to stand more fully in your lineage and how to contribute in your community with aligned body, heart and mind. For all our relations.
