Love is all. It breaks us open, lifts us up, brings us to our knees.
We all know it and when it’s not there, we crave for it.
Yet love has many faces. Wars have been fought in the name of love.
Our personal experiences and global stories are stored in our bodies.
Imprints in our nervous system. This effects the way we relate to ourselves, another,
and how we take action in the world.
Dance is a wonderful and fast way to integrate information about life and love.
Without having to think about it, the body expresses itself, blocked energy starts
to move and shift.
These 5 day ‘s are an invitation to let the heart speak thorugh the body about fear & courage, anger & forgiveness, sadness & surrender, joy & generosity, compassion & gratitude.
We ground, express, release.
In the name of love for the dance, humanity, connection.
This workshop is rooted in the Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms and counts as five days of Heartbeat toward the teacher training. Twelve hours of 5Rhythms dancing are required to guarantee the depth of our journey. Guidance will be in English, with Spanish translation if necessary.
We’ll dance and share and be together at the beautiful Tenerife Healing Garden .
It’s a fantastic place to take a deep journey into the landscape of the heart, as well as enjoy a holiday. The dance floor can host 30 people, though the Healing Garden can accommodate only 16 guests. So if you’d like to stay where we dance, don’t hesitate to register. For those staying elsewhere, we’ll arrange shared rides to and from the Healing Garden. Catering will be available for everybody who wishes.

Una exploración danzada sobre el amor y las relaciones
El amor lo es todo. Nos abre, nos eleva, nos lleva de rodillas.
Todos lo conocemos y, cuando no está, lo anhelamos.
Sin embargo, el amor tiene muchas caras. Se han librado guerras en nombre del amor.
Nuestras experiencias personales y las historias colectivas están almacenadas en nuestros cuerpos: huellas en nuestro sistema nervioso. Esto afecta la manera en que nos relacionamos con nosotros mismos, con los demás y cómo actuamos en el mundo.
La danza es una forma maravillosa y rápida de integrar información sobre la vida y el amor.
Sin tener que pensarlo, el cuerpo se expresa; la energía bloqueada comienza a moverse y transformarse.
Estos cinco días son una invitación a dejar que el corazón hable a través del cuerpo sobre el miedo y el coraje, la ira y el perdón, la tristeza y la entrega, la alegría y la generosidad, la compasión y la gratitud.
Enraizamos, expresamos, soltamos.

Este taller está basado en el mapa Heartbeat de 5Rhythms y cuenta como cinco días de Heartbeat para la formación de profesores. Se requieren doce horas de danza 5Rhythms para garantizar la profundidad de nuestro viaje. La guía será en inglés, con traducción al español si es necesario.
Bailaremos, compartiremos y estaremos juntos en el hermoso Tenerife Healing Garden.
Es un lugar fantástico para realizar un viaje profundo al paisaje del corazón, así como para disfrutar de unas vacaciones. La pista de baile puede acoger a 30 personas, aunque el Healing Garden solo puede alojar a 16 huéspedes. Así que, si deseas quedarte en el lugar donde bailamos, no dudes en registrarte. Para quienes se alojen en otros lugares, organizaremos viajes compartidos de ida y vuelta al Healing Garden. Habrá servicio de catering disponible para todas las personas que lo deseen.
