A dancing exploration of boundaries and the Joy of living in a body.
There are many reasons why we leave our bodies. There are many way’s not to be present. Often this happens at a young age, when life is overwhelming and we don’t have the capacity to hold our boundaries. So then we ‘choose’ to leave. A very wise survival response for that time.
Later, when the situation is not threatening anymore, we ‘forget’ to come back. That is a pity, because life is beautiful and worth to be lived.
This workshop is a friendly way to call your spirit home. Dancing brings you present in the physicality of your body. Gravity connects you with earth and ground. From that safe and comfortable place, you’re personal boundaries naturally arise. And then it’s a feast to explore your dance and presence with other dancers.
We’’ll play with solo, duo, and group, we’ll celebrate our sameness and differences. We’ll create an inclusive space with lot’s of opportunities to be who you are.

STAY & PLAY
Un Workshop que explora los límites y la alegría de vivir en el cuerpo.
Hay muchas razones por las que abandonamos nuestros cuerpos, muchas formas de ausentarnos. Ocurre a menudo cuando somos jóvenes, cuando la vida nos abruma y no tenemos la capacidad de mantener nuestros límites. Entonces decidimos irnos. Una respuesta sabia para sobrevivir en ese momento.
Después, cuando la amenaza desaparece, olvidamos regresar. Una lástima, porque la vida es hermosa y merece ser vivida.
Este taller es una invitación amable para que tu espíritu regrese a casa. Trae de vuelta al niño mágico a tu cuerpo.
Bailar te conecta con la presencia física de tu ser. La gravedad te une a la tierra y al suelo. Desde ese lugar seguro, tus límites personales surgen naturalmente. Y entonces, es un festín explorar tu danza y presencia con otros bailarines.
Jugaremos solos, en dúos y en grupo; celebraremos nuestras similitudes y diferencias. Crearemos un espacio inclusivo con muchas oportunidades para ser uno mismo.
Todos los 5Ritmos se unen, Ola tras Ola. Cada Ritmo contiene muchas posibilidades para Quedarse y Jugar.
