5Rhythms & Systemic Ritual

Life moves in cycles, like the turning of the seasons.
Growth, blossoming, letting go, rest — and again.
Not linear time, but a wheel. A rhythm. A life.
In this workshop we dance through the Wheel of Life, tuning into the rhythm of the sun and the natural cycles that shape our life energy and our path.

This work will weave together 5Rhythms® at Heartbeat level and Systemic Ritual, as taught by Daan van Kampenhout. At the Heartbeat level, we work with lived experience and emotional truth, allowing movement and ritual to support deeper awareness, connection, and integration.

Systemic Ritual is a constellation-based practice rooted in the four cardinal directions, offering an embodied way to perceive the larger systems we belong to — family, lineage, culture, and place — and how they influence our lives.

Rather than analysing or fixing, the ritual creates space for recognition and rebalancing, allowing new movements to emerge naturally. Movement becomes a way of listening, sensing where life wants to grow, release, and renew.

We dance all the rhythms, letting each season of the cycle speak through the body.

Alive.
Blossom.
Surrender.
